Welcome to Our Knowledge-Base
When it comes to dealing with ORM, everyone always has questions; usually very good ones -- we have answers. That's why we've created a list of the most common things people ask about and made it available here. So you may be surprised you might find out what you're looking for without having to go very far. Feel free to browse below. These are just a small number of the ways we can help at HopLite when ORM problems strike.
Is it Possible to Generate TOO Much Positive Content?
Yes and no; in general, a business or individual can never have enough positive content or positive pages about them on the internet. So we would not intend to mislead the general public about that. However, when handling Online Reputation Management (or Search Engine Optimization Management), the reality is, that putting out TOO much content at ONCE, can harm, or more likely slow down an Online Reputation Management Campaign. Any ORM company worth their salt will tell you, that in terms of best practice, it is best only to put out about 5 or so pages (even if they’re of different kinds; social media, ORM specific sites, blogs, etc.) a month or so. In theory, you could put out as many as you wanted at one time, but it understood not to be best practice within the industry to do so because of how Google works.
This is even more the case when it comes to Search Engine Optimization Management; rather than just being “not recommended,” like it is when it comes to ORM, many SEO professionals consider it sacrosanct not to create too many links at once. This shows how much more of a “precision job” Online Reputation Management can be, as opposed to other ways of working with or influencing Google or other search engines like Yahoo and Bing.
However, if you have a question about any part of deploying positive content to help you or your business on the internet, give HopLite a call. We love working with clients or even just answering questions by phone to those who are curious and want to learn more. We love what we do; call us and find out what we can do for you!
